1. Can you ship to my country? 

TnD-electronics delivers to every country. Different shipping methods are available for different countries. To see the shipping prices for any country, add items to your shopping cart, and change the shipping address. You will see the shipping prices for that country.

When you order we will provide any necessary advice and assistance about importing to your country.

In some countries, importing bigger quantities of goods is restricted for private individuals and businesses. It's your responsibility to comply with your country's laws. Please check with your local Customs or local government Website to see if importing requires any special license in your country. If you are located in one country, and want to ship to another country, this is also OK - this is  "international dropshipping".

When shipping to some countries, we can accept bank transfer payment only, due to fraud prevention.

2. Do I need special knowledge for importing goods through customs?

No, in most countries importing is easy and you don’t need to do anything. In small and medium sized orders the whole clearance process at customs is taken care of you, by the courier or freight company. TnD-electronics provides the necessary shipping documents.

3. How Are Goods Shipped To Me from your warehouse?

We'll ship your goods to you by air express courier or Royal Mail post. The choice of courier varies according to country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. EMS and TNT are also available for certain countries.

All products in our UK warehouse will be posted via Royal Mail.

Ship with your own courier: For bulk orders we can also arrange to make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, or we can offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight.

Import / Customs:

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, we will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.

4. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer shipping worldwide to almost all locations on the planet. Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.

5. How long does it take to deliver the goods?

Most normal sized orders are sent out within 2 working days. Courier delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL) takes 2-4 days depending on your destination.

It's easy to profit by selling TnD-electronics products... without even having to handle the goods and keep your own stock. 8. What if the product is broken?

If any product is faulty, you can return it to our main warehouse for a replacement or credit.

9. What if the product does not arrive?"

We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. Once we have dispatched your item we will provide you the tracking number. In case if you didn’t receive it you can track it online. In the unlikely event your package is lost; we will investigate it and re-send the goods or give you a full refund.

Delivery Failure Scenarios:

The package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you.
TnD-electronics will re-send the goods or give a full refund. In practice such cases are very rare, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services. Please note confirmation of such cases can take some time, so in such an event you may be advised to place a new order at your expense while the original shipment is investigated pending compensation.

Amulti-part delivery arrives missing some items or packets.
In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. With the correct documentary proof through the courier company reporting process, we will re-send the goods or give a refund.

Items in the packet arrive in a damaged condition.
In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. Provided you follow through the correct reporting process, the goods can be handed back to the courier and TnD-electronics will send new goods or give a refund. If you do not immediately follow the courier's reporting procedure, and thus no adequate documentation is available to prove the goods arrived damaged, we will offer advice on a case-by-case basis about whether you can return the goods to China for replacements or a refund.

A shipment is delayed, turned back, or seized by Customs
If the Customs issue was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery was due to mishandling by TnD-electronics, you will receive compensation when the case is resolved. Such cases are unusual but it is important you are aware of your responsibilities in such a case.

General Delivery Failure Cases Where You Accept Liability

You (or the consignee) must accept delivery of the goods and comply with any applicable procedures/charges from your local Customs.

If the delivery fails because:

You were not at home or the courier could not contact you

The delivery details were wrong

The recipient fails to accept the goods

The courier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods

The courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address

Delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc

Other similar scenarios beyond our control

10. Can these Cell Phones and other products be used in my country?

Most our products will work in most countries. For Cell Phones, TV devices, and Video Cameras, you're advised to read the product description carefully. Just ask our Customer Support Team to advise you. Give them the product code and your country, and we'll check it's suitable for use in your country.

11. Can I copy your Website text and pictures for my re-selling business?

You are welcome to copy the TnD-electronics product pictures and product descriptions, for use re-selling these products.
